Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using 360comply you agree to these terms. If you use 360comply on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. What 360comply does (and does not do)

360comply provides tools that help you manage health and safety, fire and compliance obligations — including AI-drafted documents, training and record keeping. 360comply does not provide legal advice, and using it does not by itself make your organisation legally compliant. You remain responsible for your organisation's compliance, for checking that generated documents suit your circumstances, and for obtaining professional advice where needed.

3. Accounts and your data

You must keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the records you store in the platform, including the lawfulness of any personal data you add about employees. You own your organisation's records; you can export or delete them at any time.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our secure payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, your paid plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Prices shown exclude VAT where applicable. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Fair use of AI features

AI-generated policies, assessments and answers are produced from the information you provide and general UK guidance. They may contain errors or omissions — always review before use. Do not submit content you are not permitted to use, and do not use the platform to store data you have no right to hold.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be kept to a minimum. Support is provided by email or in-app channels as described for your plan.

7. Ending the agreement

You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms, create security risks, or remain unpaid after reminders.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360comply is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for fines, enforcement action or losses arising from your organisation's compliance decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
